The ADF System is designed to automatically apply teat dip at the optimum angle immediately after milking, meaning the cow is ready to leave the dairy as soon as the milking cluster is detached.
This automation saves valuable time as milking operators are not required to go back and manually dip each teat on every cow before leaving the dairy shed. With ADF, each cow can leave the dairy as soon as the milking cluster is removed.
The state-of-the-art ADF equipment automatically rinses and sanitises each milking cluster to ensure no bacteria is transferred from one cow to the next. The automatic cluster Burst-Rinse sequence allows quick attachment to the next cow, shortening milking times.
Fewer manual tasks needing to be performed means milking times become shorter and enables more cows to be milked without additional investment in a dairy shed extension or additional staff. Reducing the time associated with milking provides cows with more time to feed, rest and produce more milk.
