Operations Manager

Stephanie MacLean

Stephanie has worked at ADF Milking since February 2012 and thrives on building relationships with our customers and dealers, getting to know them and ensuring that their experience is positive. “It’s always a joy to discover how installing the ADF System has contributed to enabling our customers to achieve their business and personal goals. Whether that means more time out of the shed to spend time with their families, or developing a boutique on-farm milk shop.”

Stephanie is our expert in operations & aftersales and looks after; our Continuous Supply Programme, installations, dealer relationships and customer service.

Operations Coordinator

Fiona Robinson

Fiona is our Operations Coordinator and manages our relationships with our customers and partners in New Zealand.

Having grown up on a sheep and beef farm, Fiona has been immersed in the agricultural sector for much of her life. She currently farms a flock of English Leicester sheep on a lifestyle block.

With her wealth of experience in aftersales support combined with her farming knowledge, Fiona is the ideal person to assist our customers with their requirements. “I’m enjoying working in the agricultural sector for an innovative company with a world class milking system,” she says.

“There are so many benefits with the ADF Milking system. The cows are always so calm during the milking process and this is something that should appeal to every dairy farmer.”

Technical and Production

Technical Director

Tom Duke

As Technical Director, Tom manages the company’s central warehouse facility in the UK, overseeing production, procurement and R&D. He also leads the Technical team. His extensive experience is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of ADF solutions worldwide.

Being immersed in dairy farming from a young age, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and his practical understanding of the sector is enhanced by his entrepreneurial background.

Tom is passionate about the collaborative and customer-focused ethos at ADF Milking. “It’s a pleasure to work with people who are committed to delivering the best service possible,” he states.

Emphasising the simplicity and efficiency of the ADF System, Tom says: “When buying an ADF System, customers know their cows are reliably getting dipped at the right time, every time. This leads to consistency which is what a herd needs to produce good results.”

Field Services Manager

George Duke

As Field Services Manager at ADF Milking George plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation and optimal performance of ADF Systems. He is primarily focussed on UK the market, offering remote assistance and on-site visits for installations and technical guidance. George’s expertise also extends globally, providing invaluable support to ADF partners worldwide.

His connection to the dairy industry began in early childhood, and the practical experience he gained is complemented by a formal education in Engineering,

A strong advocate for ongoing innovation, George admires the company’s work ethic: “We work very hard to develop new products for our customers. I am very proud to be a part of what the ADF team has achieved over the years.”

Andy Moore

Andy started working at ADF in 2016 as a young Graduate Engineer straight out of university. Andy grew up on his family’s dairy farm and had been working on one of our Gold Cup Customers’ farms before he started, so he was already familiar with the ADF product. Andy’s love for the dairy industry means he is passionate about ADF and how we can improve cow health and dairy farm profits.

Andy is an expert in both animal health and milking machinery, playing a key role in technical support and R&D.

Mechanical Engineer

Adam Cooke

Adam is a key member of the Product Development team. He has substantial experience in the dairy sector which has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and demands of the industry. Adam’s role is instrumental in the design and development of ADF’s cutting-edge milking technologies.

Adam is enthusiastic about the dynamic ethos at ADF Milking. “I love working here because of the fast-paced culture, innovation and the high standards of quality in everything we deliver,” he says.

Adam believes the standout feature of the ADF System is its superior performance. “The superior quality of the ADF dipping and flushing is far better than anything that can be done by hand. The automated process delivers consistent results, no matter who is in the parlour.”

Phil Perman

Senior Engineer Phil develops the Main Controller for ADF Systems worldwide. His journey with ADF began in 2009 when it was first established, making him one of the longest-standing members of the team. This commitment speaks volumes about the company’s dedication to employees and creating a positive work environment.

Starting on the assembly floor, Phil demonstrated an aptitude for the technology learning on the job, and progressively moved into product development. This has given him an unparalleled understanding of the ADF System and its evolution.

Phil’s work contributes to the development of reliable, hassle-free solutions for dairy farmers. He also mans the tech support line, assisting customers with his extensive product knowledge.

Looking at the ADF System from a user perspective, Phil highlights how user-friendly it is. “The best thing is how little user interaction it requires. You just switch it on and don’t have to think about it again until the end of milking.”

Justine has been at the forefront of Marketing for ADF Milking since 2012, providing strategic direction to global marketing initiatives. Her long-standing leadership has been pivotal in communicating the benefits of ADF’s innovative milking solutions to a worldwide audience.

Bringing extensive expertise across many sectors, Justine’s experience includes valuable time spent working agency-side in Australia, broadening her capabilities within international marketing practices.

“I love working with a brand as strong and well-respected as ADF. The continuous innovation means we always have something new and exciting to say,” Justine comments. “It’s fantastic to be marketing an environmentally friendly product that helps farmers to achieve their sustainability goals. Senior Marketing Executive

Natalie Kohn

As Senior Marketing Executive at ADF Milking, Natalie implements international marketing strategies across key regions such as the UK, Europe, Australasia and North America. Her particular responsibilities include; copy writing, website management, press enquiries, award applications, videography & photography and supporting ADF partners.

Originally beginning her career with a strong foundation in online marketing, Natalie’s experience broadened significantly when she worked in Australia in 2015, allowing her to widely expand her skill set.

“Knowing that our technology contributes to improved cow welfare – whether through enhanced comfort during milking, effective teat sanitisation against infection, or fewer cases of mastitis – is incredibly rewarding, both professionally and as a consumer of dairy products,” Natalie states.

Lauren Bullen

Lauren has a key role within the marketing department at ADF Milking, handling promotional activities for key regions such as the UK, Europe, Australasia and North America. Her workload is diverse and dynamic and her responsibilities include; planning events and open days, digital promotions, social media marketing, video content creation, artwork design and supporting ADF partners.

With over a decade’s worth of experience in marketing roles, Lauren brings extensive knowledge to the company. She enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. “No day is the same and I love the opportunities I have been given. The team are great – we all get on very well.”

Alicia Rodriguez

As Marketing Executive at ADF Milking, Alicia oversees marketing activity across Spanish-speaking countries in South America, with a growing focus on supporting additional regions as needed. Her responsibilities include developing and delivering regional marketing strategies, creating tailored content, and working closely with dealers to strengthen the ADF brand across the territory. Alicia’s key areas of work encompass website management, copywriting, campaign creation, digital content production and dealer support.

Bringing experience from digital marketing, data engineering and web development, Alicia combines technical insight with clear and effective communication. This enables her to approach projects analytically while producing clear, customer-focused content tailored to local markets.

“I’m particularly proud of how the ADF System contributes to genuine animal wellbeing. No other system on the market offers the same level of reliability, efficiency and care,” Alicia says.

James Duke

James has worked in the dairy industry for more than 30 years. It was in 2003, that he had the idea for an automatic dipping and flushing system for milking parlours – and the rest is history!

His brilliantly innovative ideas and deep engineering knowledge led him to develop the ADF product. James has a huge passion for the dairy industry and has established a reputation as an innovator and thought-leader. He is an engineer by training and has extensive technical knowledge on proactive animal health, milking equipment and dairy farming operations.

Tony Solazzo

Tony joined ADF in 2009 bringing considerable experience gained in senior management roles across a diverse range of sectors and international markets. Managing several key areas of the business, Tony has been instrumental in building the team and infrastructure of ADF, creating the platform for growth and positioning the business for significant future scalability.
