The DipSmart system creates a high-quality teat dip designed to ensure optimal teat condition and udder health at a low cost to dairy farmers and the environment. The blended teat dip mix can be tailored to your farm’s specific requirements and weather conditions. For example, during extreme weather, skin conditioner ratios can be automatically increased to give teats extra protection. In the event of high bacterial load, the sanitiser concentration can be automatically increased to combat udder infection.

Seamless Stock Monitoring and Cost Control

DipSmart ensures you never run out of teat dip mix during milking. There are two containers of both the active ingredient concentrate and the emollient concentrate. The second container of each concentrate acts as a backup supply. An innovative switch mechanism draws from the backup concentrate supply container if the primary container runs dry, ensuring seamless operation during milkings. Additionally, a warning notification alerts the milking operative that the primary container requires replacement. Chemical concentrates are delivered in 25kg packs for ease of handling.

Easily Adjust Your Teat Dip Blend at the Tap of a Button

Farmers can access the DipSmart control panel via a secure, easy-to-use smartphone app which enables real-time adjustment of the teat dip mix. The DipSmart app also monitors the amount of concentrates used for very accurate stock management and cost control, as well as reporting the total amount of teat dip used.
