Customer Services – German Speaker in UK

Are you a German speaker looking for a varied role in a fast paced team combining Customer Services and Administration?

If you have the ability to undertake Order processing, Customer and Contract management with elements of invoicing and accounting then please get in touch.

This varied role includes administrative duties such as answering incoming calls, processing customer orders, account management responsibilities to service customer accounts including sending invoices and producing annual usage reconciliation statements whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required skills:

– Fluent in German

– Administrative and/or Customer Service experience ideally within a B2B environment

– Computer literate, Microsoft Word and Excel essential

– Attention to detail

– Ability to work in a small team to proactively achieve high output and levels of excellence

– Ability to plan and organise own schedule to ensure workload is achieved in a timely manner

– Experience in Sage CRM, Sage 200 beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
