Simon Goody

Simon has worked at ADF Milking since October 2010 and has worked in the dairy industry all of his career, since he was 16. He has experience in roles including Technical Support Engineer, Installation Manager and Production Manager. Simon is an expert in the benefits of the ADF System, cow health and the dairy industry as a whole.

UK North Sales Manager

Emily Cohen-Doyle

Emily is our UK North Sales Manager and looks after the areas north of Birmingham.

She studied Equine Management at Reaseheath College before starting her career in the dairy and beef industries in 2018. Her last role was in dairy bedding.

Emily loves nothing more than meeting new dairy farmers and speaking with them about how ADF can help their cows and their farm.

Adam Ward

Adam’s role is Customer Service Manager. He oversees the ADF Customer Service team to ensure the customer journey is faultless for both farmers and partners.

With over 15 years of experience in customer care and client services, Adam enjoys leading and nurturing the ADF Customer Service team, which prioritises customer satisfaction. ADF’s commitment to innovation and excellence align closely with his own values.

Louise Sims

Louise is our Customer Service Advisor looking after the majority of our customer accounts and liaising with dealers and farms directly. She has many years of experience managing client accounts ensuring the customer journey is faultless from beginning to end. “I love the fact that no one else can offer the system we have – it is unique to ADF! Our directors have vast farming and engineering backgrounds and genuinely care about improving the milking experience for all involved without over complicating matters.”

Megan Fenwick

Customer Solutions Specialist Megan is dedicated to looking after ADF Milking’s existing customer base for the UK. Drawing on ten years of experience, she has strong interpersonal and communication skills which are vital for her role at ADF.  

Megan obtains vital customer feedback to confirm our service is consistently delivered at the highest standard, and ensure customers are getting the most from their ADF System. Her role also involves monitoring of liner changes and discussing new products and upgrades that customers can utilise on their farm.   

Megan is enthusiastic about supporting the future of dairy farming and highly values the company’s innovative product developments.

Harrison is a Customer Service Assistant at ADF Milking, primarily supporting customers across the UK, while also assisting with enquiries from Europe and the rest of the world. He plays a key role within the customer services team, handling customer enquiries, processing orders and invoices, and supporting the day-to-day running of customer service operations.

Technical Director

Tom Duke

As Technical Director, Tom manages the company’s central warehouse facility in the UK, overseeing production, procurement and R&D. He also leads the Technical team. His extensive experience is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of ADF solutions worldwide.

Being immersed in dairy farming from a young age, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and his practical understanding of the sector is enhanced by his entrepreneurial background.

Andy Moore

Andy started working at ADF in 2016 as a young Graduate Engineer straight out of university. Andy grew up on his family’s dairy farm and had been working on one of our Gold Cup Customers’ farms before he started, so he was already familiar with the ADF product. Andy’s love for the dairy industry means he is passionate about ADF and how we can improve cow health and dairy farm profits.

Andy is an expert in both animal health and milking machinery, playing a key role in technical support and R&D.

Senior Engineer

Phil Perman

Senior Engineer Phil develops the Main Controller for ADF Systems worldwide. His journey with ADF began in 2009 when it was first established, making him one of the longest-standing members of the team. This commitment speaks volumes about the company’s dedication to employees and creating a positive work environment.

Starting on the assembly floor, Phil demonstrated an aptitude for the technology learning on the job, and progressively moved into product development. This has given him an unparalleled understanding of the ADF System and its evolution.

Phil’s work contributes to the development of reliable, hassle-free solutions for dairy farmers. He also mans the tech support line, assisting customers with his extensive product knowledge.

Natalie Kohn

As Senior Marketing Executive at ADF Milking, Natalie implements international marketing strategies across key regions such as the UK, Europe, Australasia and North America. Her particular responsibilities include; copy writing, website management, press enquiries, award applications, videography & photography and supporting ADF partners.

Originally beginning her career with a strong foundation in online marketing, Natalie’s experience broadened significantly when she worked in Australia in 2015, allowing her to widely expand her skill set.

Lauren has a key role within the marketing department at ADF Milking, handling promotional activities for key regions such as the UK, Europe, Australasia and North America. With over a decade’s worth of experience in marketing roles, Lauren brings extensive knowledge to the company. She enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. “No day is the same and I love the opportunities I have been given. The team are great – we all get on very well.”

Alicia Rodriguez

As Marketing Executive at ADF Milking, Alicia oversees marketing activity across Spanish-speaking countries in South America, with a growing focus on supporting additional regions as needed. Her responsibilities include developing and delivering regional marketing strategies, creating tailored content, and working closely with dealers to strengthen the ADF brand across the territory. Alicia’s key areas of work encompass website management, copywriting, campaign creation, digital content production and dealer support.

Bringing experience from digital marketing, data engineering and web development, Alicia combines technical insight with clear and effective communication. This enables her to approach projects analytically while producing clear, customer-focused content tailored to local markets.

James Duke

James has worked in the dairy industry for more than 30 years. It was in 2003, that he had the idea for an automatic dipping and flushing system for milking parlours – and the rest is history!

His brilliantly innovative ideas and deep engineering knowledge led him to develop the ADF product. James has a huge passion for the dairy industry and has established a reputation as an innovator and thought-leader. He is an engineer by training and has extensive technical knowledge on proactive animal health, milking equipment and dairy farming operations.

Tony joined ADF in 2009 bringing considerable experience gained in senior management roles across a diverse range of sectors and international markets.
